I have ap to 30 % off a number of paintings and 10 % of the price of all prints at the Caisteal Gallery space at the Big Shed. The two landscapes Sunset over Lismore and Castle Stalker sunset are reduced to £600 and £450 respectively.

I am thinking £1000 it’s what my outlays are and the work is good.

Anyone giving me a good offer on opening day I will be willing to listen to.

I have had several approaches about this and am happy to consider anyone’s idea.

the last 2 put to me were very do able and am just waiting on the people firming up the ideas and sending me the photos.

So pricing for this is custom and based on research size of painting and hence time involved. I can do a finished canvas for you to find a framer. Or I can price for the complete creation from idea to finished framed painting.

This is an interesting piece.

It came about in autumn 2014 when we took the Oban ferry ‘Lord of the Isles’ to Colonsay. I had just put my yacht ashore (for what was her last season with me although I did n’t know it then). time was spent walking sitting in the sun and taking photos.

This painting is based on one photo. however when I did the painting in early 2015 I had gone into one of those phases and states of life no one wants to visit. Art became my therapy for 2 years……..enough said.

So I produced my surreal brief phase.

I would price this modestly as its a change of direction some what and brief. It is £260 plus postage and packing of £9.95
